In 2023, the group intensified its investment by initiating a project focused on specialty amines and organotin compounds. With a total investment exceeding 1 billion RMB, the project encompasses 30 different products. Upon full operation, it is projected to add 30,000 tons of production capacity and generate an annual sales revenue of 3 billion RMB. multiple processes of Anhui Hengguang's specialty amine and organotin projects have broken international monopolies, enhancing the security of the domestic supply chain. The company is dedicated to establishing itself as a premier industrial base for specialty amines and organotin chemicals. It is one of the world's leading producers of Stannous Octoate, holding over 50% market share. Current main products and annual capacities include: 5,000 tons of Stannous Octoate, 3,000 tons  of Amine Catalysts, 10,000 tons of Silicone Surfactants, 1,000 tons of Stannous Neodecanoate, and 3,000 tons of Specialty Amines. Upon the commence of the specialty amine and organotin project, the total production capacity for specialty amines will reach 20,000 tons, and for organotin compounds, 15,000 tons respectively.
